CAPPADOCIA AND HATTUSA- THE CAPITAL OF HITTITE CIVILAZATION 6 DAYS PACKAGE TOUR
DAY 1 – MEETING AT THE AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL
We will pick you up from Kayseri airport and take you to the hotel in Cappadocia. Today, you are free until the evening. Dinner will be served at the hotel, and after dinner, at 8pm, we leave the hotel by bus to go to a restaurant where we will enjoy the "Turkish Night Show" (you can have as many drinks and snacks as you like). The show lasts for 2 hours, and we return to the hotel by 22:30.
DAY 2 - SOUTH CAPPADOCIA TOUR
We leave the hotel at 09:30 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- A visit to the Kaymakli Underground City and a Byzantine-period underground church- A hike in the Soanli Valley and a visit to the Red Karabash, Snake Church, Hidden Church and Dome Church, which are all Byzantine-period temples.- Lunch at a local restaurant- A trip to Keslik Monastery and a visit to some other monasteries in the Kes The Greek village of Mustafapasha and its monasteries are also on the itinerary, including the Monastery of Elena and Constantine, and the Monastery of St. Nicholas. You will also have the opportunity to try local Cappadocian wines at a winery. Return to the hotel by 17:30.Dinner will be served at the restaurant.
DAY 3 – NORTHERN CAPPADOCIA TOUR
You can take a hot air balloon ride from 05:00 to 07:30 for an additional fee.
We will leave the hotel at 09:45 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Open-air museum of Goreme: Maiden's Monastery, Cappadocian Athos, St. Basil's Church, St. Barbara's Church, Dark Church, Apple Church, Snake Church
- Love Valley
- Valley of Imagination
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Visit to the Handicrafts Centre in Avanos
- Panoramic stop near the Goreme Valley
- Return to the hotel by 17:30
- Dinner at the restaurant
DAY 4 – FOLLOWING THE TRACES OF SAINT SIMEON
Departure from the hotel at 09:30 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Uchisar Fortress
- Pasabag; Monastery of St. Simeon and priests of the valley of monks
- Open-air museum of Zelve
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Pottery Center
- Walk in the local town of Avanos along the Red River
- Ozkonak Underground City
Return to the hotel by 5.30pm
Dinner at the restaurant.
DAY 5 - IHLARA CANYON TOUR
Depart from the hotel at 9:30 after breakfast.
Today's plan:
- Derinkuyu Underground City
- Crater Lake (Narligöl)
- Hike in the Ihlara Valley and visit the churches in the Ihlara Canyon.
The hike in the canyon will last about 1.5 hours.
We will have lunch at a local restaurant by the river.After lunch, we will visit Selime and walk to the abandoned churches and the Church of the Virgin Mary.We will return to the hotel by 6.30pm.Dinner will be at the restaurant.
DAY 6 – HATTUSA AND YAZILIKAYA TOUR
Departure from the hotel at 08:30 for a trip to the old Hittite city of Hattusa, where you will spend 3 hours.
Today's visit starts at 11:30;
- Ancient capital of the Hittite Empire "Hatt usa"
- The ruins of the city of Hattusa, including ancient temples and fortress walls
- Tunnels and gates of the ancient city of Hattusa
- The ancient treasure "Yazilikaya"
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Return to the hotel by 6pm or directly to the airport for flights
- Transfers from Cappadocian airports and back to the airport by bus with a guide.
- Comfortable transport - bus throughout the route with air conditioning.
- All lunches for 5 days except the first day.
- All entrance tickets to museums and temples as indicated in the programme.
- A licensed guide-historian will accompany you.
- Water in the bus every day, 2 bottles per person, 0.5 liters each.

- Hot air balloon ride: 150-200 euros per person depending on the season.
