DAY 1 – MEETING AT THE AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL
We welcome you at Kayseri airport with our guide and head to the hotel in Cappadocia. Today, we have a free day until the evening. Dinner will be served at the hotel, and after dinner, at 20:00, we depart from the hotel by bus to a restaurant where we will enjoy the "Turkish Night Show" (unlimited drinks and snacks included). The show lasts for 2 hours, and we return to the hotel by 22:30.
DAY 2 - SOUTH CAPPADOCIA TOUR
Departure from the hotel at 09:30 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Kaymakli Underground City and Byzantine period underground church
- Hiking in the Soanli Valley and visit to Byzantine period temples; Red Karabash, Snake Church, Hidden Church, Dome Church
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Trip to Keslik Monastery and visiting monasteries in the Keslik area
- Visit to the Greek village of Mustafapasha and its monasteries; Monastery of Elena and Constantine, Monastery of St. Nicholas
- Wine tasting of local Cappadocian wines at a winery
Return to the hotel by 17:30
Dinner at the restaurant.
DAY 3 – NORTH CAPPADOCIA TOUR
! Today, you have the option to take a hot air balloon ride from 05:00 to 07:30 for an additional fee.
Departure from the hotel at 09:45 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Open-air museum of Goreme: Maiden's Monastery, Cappadocian Athos, St. Basil's Church, St. Barbara's Church, Dark Church, Apple Church, Snake Church
- Love Valley
- Valley of Imagination
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Visit to the Handicrafts Center in Avanos
- Panoramic stop near the Goreme Valley
Return to the hotel by 17:30

DAY 4 – FOLLOWING THE TRACES OF SAINT SIMEON
Departure from the hotel at 09:30 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Uchisar Fortress
- Pasabag; Monastery of St. Simeon and priests of the valley of monks
- Open-air museum of Zelve
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Pottery Center
- Walk in the local town of Avanos along the Red River
- Ozkonak Underground City
Return to the hotel by 17:30
Dinner at the restaurant.
DAY 5 – IHLARA CANYON TOUR
Departure from the hotel at 09:30 after breakfast.
Today's itinerary includes:
- Derinkuyu Underground City
- Crater lake "Narligol"
- Hiking in the Ihlara Valley. Churches in the Ihlara Canyon afterward. In the Ihlara Canyon, we will take a 1.5-hour hike and visit the rock churches during this time.
- Lunch at a local restaurant by the river
- Trip to Selime and a walk to the abandoned churches and the Church of the Virgin Mary
Return to the hotel by 18:30
Dinner at the restaurant.
DAY 6 – HATTUSA AND YAZILIKAYA TOUR
Departure from the hotel at 08:30 and a trip to the old Hittite city of Hattusa for 3 hours
Today's visit starting from 11:30;
- Ancient capital of the Hittite Empire "Hattusa"
- Ruins of the city of Hattusa, ancient temples, and fortress walls
- Tunnels and gates of the ancient city of Hattusa
- Ancient Treasure "Yazilikaya"
- Lunch at a local restaurant
Return to the hotel by 18:00 or directly to the airport for flights.
